Will is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with a particular focus on insolvency, tax and criminal law. Will has experience advising Commonwealth and State departments, and external appointees on debt recovery, enforcement and complex insolvencies, including on various applications pursuant to the Corporations Act (2001). Will regularly appears as advocate in the Federal Court of Australia and NSW Supreme Court.
Will has over five years’ experience as a criminal prosecutor with the (NSW) Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions where he managed a large volume of complex and high-profile cases relating to cross-border fraud, white collar crime, ICAC investigations, proceeds of crime, and more. Will worked closely with law enforcement bodies throughout investigations and prosecutions and has developed a unique and valuable skillset that translates to particular areas of corporate and tax law. Will regularly appeared for the Crown as advocate in the Local, District and Supreme Court of NSW.
Will is admitted to the NSW Supreme Court and High Court of Australia.
