Neha has extensive experience in acting for clients in all types of visa applications and disputes, including representation of clients before the Department of Home Affairs, merits review hearings and judicial review proceedings.

She has a keen interest in Refugee and Human Rights Law and specialises in representing clients in Australia and overseas in refugee and protection matters. Neha is adept at working on complex matters and drafting legal submissions.  She is deeply interested in social justice, cultural integration and assisting individuals on their immigration journey. Neha is fluent in Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.
