Alwyn specialises in commercial litigation/dispute resolution and corporate and personal insolvency. He is an accredited specialist in Commercial Litigation – Corporations Law.
Alwyn has more than 20 years of experience, including 10 years as a barrister, providing advice to government, insolvency practitioners, directors and individuals on a range of commercial disputes and insolvency matters.
His major work has included complex commercial/insolvency disputes, corporate crime, contractual disputes and professional negligence. Alwyn has also has also represented clients in relation to regulatory investigations by various regulators. His non-government clients include KPMG, PWC, BRI Ferrier, KordaMentha, Deloittes, PPB, Ferrier Hodgson, RSM and Smith Hancock.
