Craddock Murray Neumann Lawyers is a well-established national firm. 

Currently we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced refugee lawyer to join our team on a casual basis working in Australia and an offshore location.

The work may involve significant amounts of travel, both within Australia, and offshore.  

The Role

Our caseload includes primary applications, merits review matters and judicial review.

Our Ideal Candidate

As our new Immigration Lawyer you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Current legal practicing certificate in an Australian state;
  • Experience working with refugees and a strong interest in refugee law;
  • Experience assisting with primary and merits review applications or judicial review of migration matters in Australia or elsewhere;
  • Strong legal drafting skills and attention to detail;
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse legal problems to a high standard and think analytically;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively, including remotely.
  • Resilience, personal resolve, tolerance and the capacity to work in challenging environments.

Salary will be based upon your skills and experience.
